Applications 2005–2011 Alfa Romeo 159 2.2 2.2 JTS engine. With the arrival of 159, a 2.2 JTS was also introduced. The engine block is sourced from GM ( Ecotec L61 ).
P0110- Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Malfunction. The code resets via a code reader and there are no obvious driveability issues. The reader shows the 'Intake Air Temperature' as -40 degC irrespective of whether the engine is hot or cold suggesting the sensor is faulty.
Afantastic solution to the common issue of the failing oil temperature sensor in the Alfa JTS engines. Very straight forward to fit in my 3.2 159, and just simply works. I opted to retain the oil level sensor, which also works great, and adds nothing to the installation. A fantastic product, at a very fair price!
